These Terms govern your use of the ClanFee app and services. By creating an account or using ClanFee, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ClanFee. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. The service

ClanFee provides messaging, voice and video calls, live sessions, free and paid groups, and cloud storage. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue features over time.

3. Paid groups, premium features & payments

• Group owners may charge for access to paid groups and may purchase premium features (e.g. hosting hours, Q&A, tasks, additional storage).
• Payments are processed by our partners Razorpay and Cashfree. Applicable taxes and gateway fees may apply.
• ClanFee charges a platform commission on paid-group revenue, disclosed in the app.
• Payouts to group owners are released only after successful KYC verification.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ClanFee to:

• Post or share illegal content, including any child sexual abuse material (see our Child Safety Standards).
• Harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or spam other users.
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or violate any applicable law.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. Group owners and administrators are responsible for their groups.

5. Reporting & enforcement

Users can report abuse in-app. We review reports and may remove content, warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, and report unlawful activity to the authorities.

6. Content & privacy

Your content remains yours. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy. Private one-to-one calls are end-to-end encrypted.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JCGames is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content shared by users.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time via support@clanfee.com.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
